Controller and data collected. Mascork is operated by Othmane Maaskri, a sole trader under the trade name Ecoliege, SIRET 99445109400019, 154 avenue Pierre Colongo, 93290 Tremblay-en-France, France. Contact: contact@mascork.com. Forms and correspondence may collect your name, company, email address, optional telephone number, project and delivery information, and tax identification if you choose to provide it. Mandatory fields are identified in the forms.
Purposes and legal bases. This information is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, organise project discussions and, where applicable, fulfil and follow up an order. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps you request, contract performance or our legitimate interest in business communications. Accounting and tax obligations are based on applicable laws. Sending a form does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
Recipients and service providers. Data is available to the operator and the providers needed to handle the enquiry: Wix for the website and forms, communication services and, depending on the project, production and transport partners. Only information necessary for their work is shared. Wix may process data in several countries under its terms and data-processing safeguards.
Retention. Enquiry and prospecting data is kept for no more than three years from your last contact. Contractual and accounting records are archived separately for the applicable statutory periods.
Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction and exercise rights to object and portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent-based permissions. Write to contact@mascork.com; proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt. You may complain to the French supervisory authority, CNIL: www.cnil.fr.
Cookies and analytics. Google Analytics 4 measures page views, quotation clicks, data-sheet downloads and email/telephone clicks after you consent to analytics cookies.
